​HydroGraph upsizes bought-deal offering to approximately US$44 million to fund US expansion 

HydroGraph Clean Power has upsized its previously announced bought-deal public offering to gross proceeds of approximately US$44.1 million (C$61.2 million), up from an initially announced US$36 million (C$50 million), following strong investor demand. 

The offering is expected to close on or about August 25, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals, including from the Canadian Securities Exchange. HydroGraph said net proceeds will go toward business development activities, expansion of its American facilities, working capital, and general corporate purposes.
