​Argo Graphene Solutions closes private placement 

Argo Graphene Solutions has announced that it has closed its previously announced non-brokered private placement offering by issuing 509,714 units at a price of $0.70 per Unit, for aggregate gross proceeds of CA$356,800 (around US$255,000).

The Company plans to use the proceeds for general working capital purposes and to continue its research and development of its graphene products.
