ZNShine showcases graphene-coated TOPCon module range

ZNShine recently showcased a range of graphene-coated TOPCon PV modules, spanning a quarter-cut high-efficiency module, a busbar-free module for utility-scale projects, and a lightweight module aimed at roofs with load-bearing limits.

The 670 W module uses 264 G12R-size quarter-cut cells interconnected in a gapless design that increases the module’s active area, reaching a maximum efficiency of 24.8%. Shorter cell busbars reduce resistance and lower power losses compared with half-cut cell designs. Open-circuit voltage is 50.90 V and short-circuit current is 16.54 A. The module is laminated with front and rear glass and framed in steel rather than aluminum for added mechanical durability in ground-mounted utility or C&I installations, and measures 2,382 x 1,134 x 30 mm.
