HydroGraph outlines path to first commercial orders as it prepares Texas graphene plant

HydroGraph’s planned manufacturing facility in Bellville, Texas, is expected to open in the first half of 2027 with initial capacity of about 60 tons of graphene per year. The company says it will then scale to about 360 tons per year in the first phase and more than 750 tons in the second. Acetylene feedstock will arrive by dedicated pipeline under a 10-year agreement with Western International. The company’s Austin headquarters, which has three Hyperion Reactors, can produce up to 30 tons per year.

HydroGraph has provided an update on its objectives as it moves from technology development to commercial production. The company says several of its most advanced customer evaluations have moved into commercial negotiation, covering pricing, volumes and supply terms, and it expects the first agreements within the coming months. More than 30 customers have received samples of its Fractal Graphene Paste, a water-based dispersion with 20% graphene by weight.
