Levidian launches NanoFlow™ A1-30 aqueous graphene dispersion with water-like viscosity

Levidian has launched NanoFlow™ A1-30, a new high-concentration aqueous dispersion containing 30 wt.% G3 graphene that retains a low-viscosity, water-like consistency despite the high loading. The product extends Levidian’s NanoFlow™ range of graphene dispersions, which previously included NanoFlow-S1-20, a 20 wt.% solvent-based coating additive pre-dispersed in xylene.

Dispersing graphene in water is straightforward at low concentrations, but maintaining a high graphene loading while keeping the material pourable and easy to handle becomes considerably more difficult as concentration increases. NanoFlow™ A1-30 has been developed to pack a significant amount of graphene into an aqueous format designed to simplify integration into water-based systems, without requiring the thick, difficult-to-process consistency that typically accompanies high-loading dispersions.
