Archer Materials partners with IonQ to build sovereign quantum services

Archer Materials has signed a three-year quantum computing agreement with IonQ, expanding its enterprise architecture from a singular focus on graphene-based chip development into an end-to-end sovereign services operator.

The deal is structured to give Archer specialized access to IonQ’s premium Quantum Cloud platform, including its trapped-ion Forte-class hardware and upcoming Tempo systems, while keeping the company’s focus on developing graphene-enabled qubit materials and wafer-scale fabrication.
